The shine effect Resolve doesn’t have. Drop it on text, a logo or any image and a soft light sweeps across.
DaVinci Resolve 19 or newer, Free or Studio.

One sweep, a shine that repeats, or a still highlight.

Edge light
Brighten the edges on their own, with their own color.

Your timing
Set the delay, how long a pass takes, the pause between loops and the easing.
- 1Open DaVinci Resolve.
- 2Double-click the .drfx file and click Install.
- 3Restart Resolve and find it in the Effects library.
